“BEM Pétanque Friendship Sports 2025” Project

BEM organized the “BEM Pétanque Friendship Sports 2025” initiative to provide the workforce, as an important internal stakeholder group, with opportunities to participate in sports and cross-functional activities, strengthen internal relations, and promote health and well-being.

Held from 10 September to 20 October 2025, the competition was open to employees from all divisions in a team format. This event served as a key channel for employee participation beyond regular work duties, while fostering engagement, teamwork and a positive organizational culture.
