SET ESG Rating Assessment 2025
BEM received the SET ESG Ratings assessment for 2025 from the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), which evaluates companies on Environmental, Social, and Governance dimensions (ESG). The Company has continuously been included in the sustainable stock list for the ninth consecutive year.In 2025, the final year of the SET ESG Ratings assessment, the Company was rated "AAA" in the Services group, which is the highest level. This assessment result reflects the Company's operations that place importance on all stakeholder groups, effective environmental management, responsible social operations, and corporate governance under good corporate governance principles. The Company continues to develop and elevate its operational processes in accordance with sustainability practices to support long-term organizational growth and align with international sustainability standards.
Best Sustainability Bond — Transport Award
BEM received the "Best Sustainability Bond-Transport" award at the global level from The Asset Triple A Awards for Sustainable Finance 2025, organized by The Asset, Asia's leading financial magazine. The award was in recognition of the successful issuance of Sustainability Bond No. 1/2024 with a total offering value of 5,000 million THB, which was continuously well-received by investors, with subscriptions exceeding 5.2 times the original target of 3,000 million THB. This reflects confidence in the Company's business potential and strong financial position as a comprehensive public transport service provider committed to driving sustainable development, balancing the economic, social, and environmental dimensions, particularly promoting travel by clean energy to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
ASEAN Corporate Governance Assessment 2025
BEM received an assessment of good corporate governance for listed companies in the ASEAN region from the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ASEAN CG Scorecard) for 2025, under the Award Category: Asset Class PLCs, assessed from 569 listed companies from 6 ASEAN countries. This award is supported by the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB), with the objective of recognizing listed companies in ASEAN that conduct business in accordance with good corporate governance principles, with responsibility toward society and the environment for sustainable growth of both the company and its value chain. This recognition reflects the Company's commitment to operating accordance with governance principles, consideration for stakeholders, and building long-term investor confidence, while continuously supporting the enhancement of governance standards in the ASEAN business sector.

BEM was ranked by Thaipat Institute as one of the ESG100 for 2025, which represents the universe of securities with outstanding performance in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) in the transportation and logistics sector, assessed from a total of 921 listed companies (excluding those under rehabilitation), as well as real estate investment funds, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), and infrastructure funds. The Company remains committed to conducting business on sustainability principles by balancing the economic, social, and environmental dimensions, while continuously strengthening corporate governance standards, risk management, and social and environmental responsibility.

BEM has consistentlyreceived the “Excellent CG Scoring” or 5-star level by Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD) under the Corporate Governance Report (CGR) of the Thai Listed Companies for 2025, in which a total of 844 listed companies participated in the assessment.
