SET ESG Rating Assessment 2025

BEM received the SET ESG Ratings assessment for 2025 from the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), which evaluates companies on Environmental, Social, and Governance dimensions (ESG). The Company has continuously been included in the sustainable stock list for the ninth consecutive year.In 2025, the final year of the SET ESG Ratings assessment, the Company was rated "AAA" in the Services group, which is the highest level. This assessment result reflects the Company's operations that place importance on all stakeholder groups, effective environmental management, responsible social operations, and corporate governance under good corporate governance principles. The Company continues to develop and elevate its operational processes in accordance with sustainability practices to support long-term organizational growth and align with international sustainability standards.

Best Sustainability Bond — Transport Award

BEM received the "Best Sustainability Bond-Transport" award at the global level from The Asset Triple A Awards for Sustainable Finance 2025, organized by The Asset, Asia's leading financial magazine. The award was in recognition of the successful issuance of Sustainability Bond No. 1/2024 with a total offering value of 5,000 million THB, which was continuously well-received by investors, with subscriptions exceeding 5.2 times the original target of 3,000 million THB. This reflects confidence in the Company's business potential and strong financial position as a comprehensive public transport service provider committed to driving sustainable development, balancing the economic, social, and environmental dimensions, particularly promoting travel by clean energy to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

ASEAN Energy Awards 2025

BEM received the 2^nd Runner-Up award in the category of ASEAN Energy Efficiency and Conservation Best Practices Awards 2025, under the ASEAN Best Practices Competition for Energy Management in Buildings and Industries, at the ASEAN Energy Awards (AEA) 2025. This regional award is presented to organizations with outstanding achievements in sustainable energy development and conservation, covering three main areas: Renewable Energy (RE), Energy Efficiency and Conservation (EE&C), and Clean Coal Technology (CCT). The award aims to promote and honor organizations with innovative contributions to strengthening regional energy security and supporting the achievement of the goals of the ASEAN Plan of Action for Energy Cooperation (APAEC).

Thailand Energy Awards 2025

BEM received the “Excellence” Award in Energy Conservation (Designated Building category) from the Thailand Energy Awards 2025, organized by the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency (DEDE). This is a national award presented to organizations with systematic and efficient energy management and conservation practices, capable of demonstrating tangible results in energy consumption reduction and operational efficiency improvement. The award aims to promote and honor organizations with good energy practices and to support sustainable business operations aligned with the direction of National Energy Policy.

IAA Awards for Listed Companies 2025

BEM received two prestigious awards: "Outstanding CEO" and "Outstanding IR" in the transportation industry group at the IAA Awards for Listed Companies 2025, organized by the Investment Analysts Association (IAA). These awards reflect the capabilities and excellence of executives and listed companies that demonstrate outstanding business management based on corporate governance, as well as effective investor relations through transparent communication, fostering investor confidence and long-term relationships.

HR Excellence Awards 2025

BEM received three prestigious awards at the HR Excellence Awards 2025 for the second consecutive year: a Gold level award in Excellence in Workplace Wellbeing, and two Bronze level awards in Excellence in Employee Engagement and Excellence in Employee Advocacy and Brand Ambassadors. These awards reflect the Company's commitment and capability in systematically managing human resources, placing importance on employees in all dimensions, covering employee health, well-being and safety promotion, continuous learning management and capacity building, as well as implementing strategies to build employee motivation and engagement through various mechanisms and committees, including receiving feedback in both formal and informal formats to genuinely reflect employee needs. This results in employee engagement and pride in the organization, making them good brand ambassadors.

The HR Excellence Awards, organized by Human Resources Online in Singapore, is a regional platform dedicated to honoring organizations with excellence in human resource management, encompassing effective employee care, capacity building, and corporate culture development.

Climate Action Awards 2025

BEM received the "Climate Action Excellence" award in recognition of its outstanding performance and leadership in climate change at the CCI Climate Change Forum 2025, organized by the Climate Change Institute, The Federation of Thai Industries (FTI CCI). This event, held for the first time, aims to promote and recognize organizations that demonstrate greenhouse gas emissions reduction and support industry participation in driving Net Zero goals, while encouraging knowledge exchange on climate change among various sectors. This award reflects the Company's dedication and commitment to effective climate management in accordance with sustainable development principles.

Certificate of Recognition: Program to Promote Industrial Greenhouse Gas Emission Target Setting towards Net Zero through the Science Based Targets Approach (Phase 2)

BEM received a certificate of recognition as a Net Zero Pilot Organization from the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) (TGO), under the "Program to Promote Industrial Greenhouse Gas Emission Target Setting towards Net Zero through the Science Based Targets Approach (Phase 2)," co-organized with Center of Excellence for Eco-Energy (CEEE), Thammasat University. The Company was one of 22 pilot organizations participating in the development of greenhouse gas emission reduction targets and implementation plans in accordance with TGO guidelines to systematically drive towards Net Zero. Furthermore, the Company participated in a panel discussion to share lessons learned and approaches for driving Net Zero initiatives alongside leading organizations, aiming to exchange environmental best practices and enhance greenhouse gas management for tangible results.

Green Office Award 2025

BEM received Green Office Award (Green Office) for the year 2025 at the “Excellent” level (G Gold), granted by the Department of Climate Change and Environment. This recognition reflects the Company’s establishment of the environmental and climate policy as well as its operational guidelines that prioritize environmentally sustainable development. The Company’s policy covers the implementation of the Green Office project to develop environmental management systems, alongside waste and pollution management, reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, and promote efficient and cost-effective energy and resource utilization. Furthermore, the Company remains firmly committed to expanding the Green Office project across all its offices to establish environmentally friendly operational standards, support Thailand's transition toward a low-carbon economy and society as well as mitigate long-term climate change impacts.
