Happy Unit Activity

BEM organizes the “HR Happy Unit Activity” regularly 1-2 times per month to strengthen workplace relationships and reinforce corporate culture. This initiative ensures employees across all departments and locations can seamlessly access corporate updates, and knowledge development through both online and on-site formats. For on-site events, management representatives and the S A C T L team visit various departments and operational areas, providing employees with valuable opportunities to connect, engage, and receive relevant institutional updates.
