“Priority Lift 2025” Project

BEM has continuously implemented the “Priority Lift” Project, encouraging passengers to prioritize and care for “passengers with special needs” by giving them first priority to use MRT station lifts. This initiative aims to enhance convenience and safety for passengers requiring special assistance, including the elderly, persons with disabilities, pregnant women, and passengers with strollers. The Company has installed signage and symbols to raise awareness and request cooperation from the general public.

In 2025, the Company expanded the project to an additional five stations, increasing the total from five to ten stations. This expansion supports equitable access to mass transit services for all passenger groups, while fostering a compassionate and inclusive society that promotes equality for all.
