Mental Health Check Project

BEM has continued its “Mental Health Check” program for the third consecutive year. This initiative was developed in response to employee feedback through the Workplace Welfare Committee, aligning with the Company's commitment to both physical and mental well-being. Recognizing the potential for stress, particularly in service-oriented roles that require high performance and quality service within tight deadlines,

BEM provides mental health counseling services. Expert psychologists from various specialties offer close guidance and support through confidential consultations to help alleviate mental health concerns and prevent them from escalating into more severe conditions. Additionally, the Company conducts monthly online mental health education sessions, led by psychologists, through the HR4U platform, ensuring employees can conveniently access mental health resources and self-care guidances.
