“Safety Vibes” Project

BEM has implemented the “Safety Vibes” project to promote employee participation in providing feedback and proposing improvement initiatives related to occupational health and safety and the working environment, as well as to support the development of a positive safety culture within the organization. The project focuses on promoting safety-conscious behaviors, enhancing risk awareness, encouraging safety leadership, and reinforcing work practices that prioritize the safety of both employees and service users. The Company continuously communicates and recognizes exemplary safety behaviors to raise awareness, encourage appropriate safety practices, and strengthen a positive safety culture across the organization over the long term.
