The Development of Information Technology Security Management System Training Project

BEM has organized training programs on “Information Security Awareness” and “Basic IT and Cybersecurity Usage” to ensure that employees and executives gain knowledge and understanding of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) development process in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 standard. These training programs aim to support the application of information security practices in daily operations and enhance risk management related to information technology systems.

In 2025, BEM successfully conducted the trainings programs for a total of 438 employees and executives, all of whom passed the post-training evaluation criteria. Notably, 240 new employees received dedicated training on information technology security and personal data protection, representing 100% of all new employees. This initiative reinforces the Company’s commitment to building comprehensive cybersecurity awareness across the organization.
