“Risk Management Culture Promotion” Project

BEM promotes a risk management culture through training programs designed to raise employee awareness of potential risks that may arise during business operations. Risk management is also assigned as a responsibility of employees at all levels, ensuring that is integrated into both business planning and day-to-day operations. In 2025, the Company organized several training courses for executives and employees, with a total of 114 participants.
