“HR4U Channel” Project 2025
BEM produces two programs through the HR4U Channel:
-
“Pee Nerd Joe Nun, Nong Note Journey” Program

This initiative features video broadcasts that closely present and follow the operations of various departments, with employee representatives performing their real roles and duties. Hosted by an emcee who follows work processes and interviews employees, the program highlights day-to-day operational practices, sustainability-aligned plans, and corporate culture. The program ’s primary objective is to enhance company-wide understanding of each department’s mission, thereby fostering seamless cross-functional collaboration and strategic alignment. Key broadcasted examples include the Work Smart Serve Heart episode titled “Commercial Management: Conquering Every Goal,” and the SED, This Village Has Only Engineers episode titled “Deep Dive into the Intelligent Traffic System—Unlimited Safety, Seamless Life.”

-
“1 Question, 3 Seconds: Can You Handle It?” Program

This quiz-style program is designed to measure knowledge and understanding while promoting communication regarding core values and corporate culture. The format divides participants into two teams to compete in answering questions about corporate values and culture. The team that accumulates the highest score wins the competition and receives prizes in the form of BEM Points, which can be redeemed for various products and services within the BEM Points reward program.
