“Culture Talk by Leader” Project

BEM has implemented the “Culture Talk by Leader” initiative to continuously communicate the S A C T L corporate values across the organization. Through this program, management from each department shares concepts and practices aligned with these core principles, communicated through monthly materials to reinforce understanding, inspire employees, and serve as role models in strengthening corporate culture. The project aims to translate corporate values into practice and promote desired behaviors (Do) at all employee levels, while fostering engagement and reinforcing a shared identity.
