“BEM Burn Your Fat Get Your Health Season 9” Project

In 2025, BEM has continuously implemented the “BEM Burn Your Fat Get Your Health” initiative to promote employee health and well-being, reflecting the Company’s commitment to supporting one of its top three priority stakeholder groups. In 2025, the 9th season of the project was organized under the theme “Count Steps into BEM’s 10th Year Sharing Happiness with Society,” building upon the walking and running step accumulation activity launched in 2024.
The Company set a target of 10–18 million steps per month, converting accumulated employee steps into charitable donations of 10,000–12,000 THB per month to a designated non-profit organization. The project encouraged employees to participate in step accumulation, monthly progress tracking, and donation presentation activities, thereby driving motivation and inclusive engagement across all corporate levels.
Throughout 2025, more than 500 employees participated, achieving a total of 172,635,925 accumulated steps and generating donations totaling 111,000 THB for 10 charitable organizations. This milestone reflects the Company’s dedication to promoting employee well-being while simultaneously co-creating shared value and delivering sustainable social benefits.
Past beneficiaries encompass various foundations and charitable organizations, including the Foundation for Slum Child Care, the Ramathibodi Foundation, the Human Rights and Development Foundation, the Home for Handicapped Animals Foundation, the Education for Development Foundation, Bandek Ramindra School, the Association for the Promotion of the Status of Women, the Srithanya Hospital Foundation, and the Thai Red Cross Society. These contributions reflect how every step taken by employees translates into tangible, multi-dimensional benefits for society.
