“BEM Care Seller” Project

BEM has implemented the “BEM Care Seller” Project to provide opportunities for small vendors and retailers from communities along the Company’s service routes to sell products in the Company’s canteen. The project aims to promote local income distribution, strengthen the economic resilience of surrounding communities, improve the quality of life of small vendors, foster good community relations, and increase product diversity and choices for employees.

Under this initiative, BEM selects an average of seven community operators annually on a rotational basis to participate and provides sales spaces at least two days per week. The Company also offers ongoing facilitation, monitoring and performance evaluation. The project reflects the Company’s role in creating shared value with society alongside sustainable business operations.
