“Happy Retirement” Activity: From Cherished Days to a Proud Retirement

BEM has organized the “Happy Retirement” activity to express appreciation and recognize the dedication and contributions of retiring employees, as well as to create meaningful experiences and lasting memories among the organization, executives, and colleagues.

The activity included performances by employee representatives, farewell and appreciation speeches accompanied by the presentation of commemorative gifts, photography, and a shared meal, which provided opportunities for retirees, colleagues, and executives to spend quality time together in a warm, welcoming, and memorable atmosphere, fostering long-term organizational connection and beautiful memories for retirees.
