Budding to Blooming Activity for the Songkran Festival

BEM organized the 2025 Songkran Festival activity to preserve and promote cherished Thai cultural traditions, while fostering organizational happiness and solidarity. This initiative provided opportunities for employees from various departments to participate collectively and relax during this major Thai festival. The activities included dressing in Songkran-themed attire to reflect Thai identity, the traditional water-pouring ceremony to pay respect to management and seek blessings for the Thai New Year, and recreational activities such as games and singing. These elements helped strengthen positive relationships and encouraged employee interactions in a joyful, welcoming atmosphere, engaging approximately 250 participants.
