“Suggest for Success Contractor 2025” Project

BEM has continued the “Suggest for Success Contractor” project for the fifth consecutive year, with the objective of encouraging suppliers and contractors to report safety issues and propose solutions through online channels, specifically for areas under the supervision of the Company. Suggestions are evaluated by a judging committee based on creativity and practical feasibility. Suggestions that meet the criteria are forwarded to relevant departments and contractors for further action. This collaboration enables the Company to improve the safety of work processes and environments, ultimately reducing accidents, lowering costs, and minimizing business delays caused by injuries. Additionally, the Company prepares progress reports on the implementation of these suggestions, which are presented at the monthly Contractor Safety Subcommittee meetings to ensure that approved suggestions are genuinely applied to address safety concerns. In 2025, the Company addressed a total of 12 safety and work quality issues identified through the project, with the following operational statuses:
- Completed: One suggestion involving the installation of warning barriers to enhance safety in operational areas.
- In Progress: Four suggestions focusing on improvements in the working environment to enhance safety.
- Under consideration: Three suggestions involving improvements to work processes and workspace expansion.
- No further action: Four suggestions where existing measures already addressed the identified issues, requiring no additional action.
