“Safety Leadership Journey: Walk Around 2025” Project

BEM has continued the “Walk Around BEM and Contractor” project to promote a strong organizational safety culture in collaboration with MRT contractors. This project involves executives, employees, and contractors, including BMN, PCS, JTT, TKE and Siemens, sharing safety communication, conducting joint safety inspections, and identifying hazards across operational areas to ensure a safe working environment. The project emphasizes collaboration in addressing operational processes and challenges, encouraging everyone to be a Safety Leader under the concept “Everyone can be a safety leader.” In 2025, a total of 165 participants took part in the program, with 43 contractor-related issues identified and successfully resolved.
