“Safety Vibes 2025” Project

BEM has continuously implemented the “Safety Vibes” project since 2021 to promote employee participation in providing feedback and proposing improvement initiatives related to occupational safety, health, and the working environment, as well as to strengthen a positive safety culture within the organization. Under this project, exemplary employee behaviors or shared incidents are identified that reflect safety awareness in operations, safety leadership, appropriate identification and response to potential risks, and proactive actions to prevent or mitigate hazards, even those beyond assigned responsibilities. It also encompasses service delivery with due consideration for passenger safety, alongside consistent attention to routine tasks that drive positive outcomes and a supportive working environment. Selected exemplary behaviors or incidents are presented to the Occupational Safety, Health, and Working Environment Committees for the MRT Blue Line and MRT Purple Line. The Company also prepares communication materials to recognize and commend employees monthly, reinforcing desirable safety behaviors and fostering a strong and sustainable safety culture over the long term.
