“Safety Leadership Journey: Walk Around” Project

BEM implemented the “Walk Around BEM and Contractor” project to foster a strong safety culture in collaboration with contractors through the active participation of executives, employees, and contractors. The program serves as a platform for safety communication, workplace inspections, hazard identification, and the joint development of solutions to address operational challenges and improve working conditions. It aims to raise safety awareness and promote the concept of “Everyone Can Be a Safety Leader,” encouraging all personnel to take an active role in safety leadership and continuously enhance workplace safety standards.
