“Safety Culture Survey” Project

BEM has implemented the Safety Culture Survey program to promote a safety culture in operations, focusing on assessing contractors' awareness, attitudes, and work behaviors. The survey results are used to continuously improve and develop the effectiveness of organizational safety management, so that safety measures are aligned with actual operational contexts and support the long-term safety culture enhancement.
