“Supplier Training and Relationship Building” Project

BEM organizes training programs for suppliers operating within its area to ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations, safety standards, and emergency preparedness protocols. These training programs emphasize on equipment readiness and adherence to safety criteria to mitigate operational risks that may lead to accidents and losses. In addition, the Company enhances the capabilities of suppliers’ supervisory personnel by providing them with technical knowledge and effective training techniques, enabling them to transfer knowledge effectively to their teams. Continuous refresher training is also conducted to ensure up-to-date knowledge and sustain safety awareness.

BEM requires all suppliers or contractors who are engaged in operations, providing services, or conducting maintenance within designated areas to complete 100% participation and achieve a minimum passing score of 70% in key courses. In 2025, the Company organized a total of 25 training courses, with 87 suppliers participating, representing a total of 1,451 participants.
