“Enhancing Communication Processes and Promote Knowledge, Understanding, and Awareness of Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Management” Project
BEM The Company prioritizes Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) by integrating risk management processes into the operations of all business units, ensuring effective governance, monitoring, and control in compliance with ISO 31000 and ISO 22301 standards. Roles and responsibilities are clearly defined, encompassing comprehensive risk assessments, as well as the establishment of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Risk Appetite, and Risk Tolerance. Furthermore, risk statuses are systematically monitored via a KRI Dashboard and subjected to regular reviews to address business shifts, emerging technologies, and crises. Organizational resilience is also reinforced through Business Continuity Management (BCM) drills, ensuring the Company can maintain continuous and stable operations.
To ensure a unified approach to risk management corporate-wide, the Company embeds risk management processes directly into the operational workflows of all units. By cascading this framework through every organizational level from the corporate and operational strata down to specific departments and sections the Company achieves effective governance and seamless performance monitoring.
